NexGard contains a brand new ingredient not used in any other flea and tick protection. Afoxolaner, the ingredient in NexGard, works by absorbing rapidly and safely into your pet's bloodstream and causes uncontrolled activity the flea's and tick's central nervous system, which causes death. Cautions:
NexGard is for use in dogs only. The most frequently reported adverse reactions include vomiting, dry/flaky skin, diarrhea, lethargy, and lack of appetite. The safe use of NexGard in pregnant, breeding or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures.

I have used Nexgard chewables for years and I have never had a dog refuse them or become I'll after taking it and I never see any fleas.

Nexgard for dogs 21 - 60 lbs.
I got a rescue dog who came with fleas. She was supposedly treated on 9/15, but when I got her on 9/29, you could see fleas on her. I treated her with a topical generic brand, but two days later, she still had fleas. I asked my vet if I could use Nexgard so soon after the topical. He said yes. Within 24 - 48 hours she had no fleas!

The Real Deal for less!
I priced check around, and I was worried about ship times, getting a fake product, etc. Well it took maybe 2-3 weeks to get to me, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I was satisfied because the prize was amazing. It's the real-deal and worth the wait. Used for my 50 lb Siberian Husky.
