Heartgard Plus Chewables offer a delicious monthly treat that prevents heartworm disease while controlling roundworms and hookworms.

Directions for Use:
- Administer once every month throughout the year.
- For dogs up to 11 kg (25 lbs): Give 68mcg (1 tablet from the blue pack).
- For dogs 11-22 kg (26-50 lbs): Give 136mcg (1 tablet from the green pack).
- For dogs 22-44 kg (51-100 lbs): Give 272mcg (1 tablet from the brown pack).
- Dogs over 44 kg (100 lbs): Require a combination of tablets.
- Ensure your dog has a heartworm test before starting Heartgard.
Caution:
- Avoid administering to dogs allergic to the ingredients.
- If your dog hasn't been on ivermectin for up to 6 months, start the medication and test for heartworms after 6 months.

I ordered the Heartgard Plus Chewables 12 pack. I recieved two six packs which is just fine, it totaled 12 which is what I wanted. I have always had great success with this product and no problems. A return to a proven product that worked
My dog's veterinarian quit prescribing this product that my 5 year old half German Shepherd/half Belgium Malinois this year and went with another product…I bought 6 months supply:::couldn't get this dog with the high-powered nose to eat the new block of heart guarding med…tried to break it up in food and he would eat around it…Gave up and took the meds back to my vet..trying to get my 100lb dog to eat this heart guard plus is simply pull paper off, flip over in the palm of my hand and he leans over it and takes a good smell and licks it off my hand and directly into his mouth…Not going to change him again off Heartguard…your product smells like a piece of beef and my nose centered dog takes it willingly….Thanks
