fantastic product...this company is based in Australia where apparently you do not need a veterinarian stamp of approval in order to purchase this medication...so skip their hefty fee. you will need to check your dog for heartworms prior to use however as stronghold is intended to prevent heartworm, not kill heartworms in a dog who is currently infected. this is important as it can be deadly to dogs otherwise.
