We want you (and your pet!) to be completely happy with your order. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. If your item meets the conditions below, we’ll refund the product total—just send it back to us.
Important Return Guidelines 📋
- 🚚 An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you cancel after shipment, our return policy applies.
- 📦 Returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- ⚠️ Please do not use, assemble, or modify a product before returning it—we won’t be able to refund your purchase.
- 🐾 Clearance items: If the product page notes an item is on clearance, it’s not eligible for refund. These items often have shorter expiry dates, and with international shipping times we cannot guarantee adequate shelf life.
- ❌ If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at service@discountpetmedication.biz and do not return the merchandise until we advise you.
- 🕓 If an item becomes defective after 30 days, please contact us or refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for next steps.
- 🔁 Looking to exchange? Simply submit a return and place a new order online. (All items must be invoiced for warranty purposes.)
- 💸 Shipping refunds: We can only refund shipping costs if an order is cancelled before it ships, or if we made an error (like a lost or incorrectly fulfilled shipment).
How to Start a Return 📩
If you checked out with an account and your return meets our policy:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to your Account page and navigate to the Returns section.
- Submit a return request—we’ll review it as soon as possible.
- You’ll be notified once your request is approved or denied, along with the next steps.
If you checked out as a guest: Please contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process.
