Poor packaging, great customer service
We love the product but the first time I ordered, I got my package but it was empty. The envelope opened up and the box fell out. Thankfully customer service was great and sent me a new one. But, the 2nd one they sent, the envelope was hanging on by a thread and it had almost opened again and lost the item. I think a box would be more secure than an envelope with a sticky seal. It seems to barely make it to my home.

I have 7 big dogs. I found out that I can give 1 separate dog, 1 pill every month and it takes care of all fleas for all 7. No need to give 7 dogs 7 pills every month.
